To be eligible for a refund your items must be unused and in its same packaging when received. Refunds must be requested within 15 days of delivery date from the tracking link.
Store credits or partial refunds may be applicable for damaged items, items not in its original condition or missing parts not due to our error.
Send a message using the contact form above explaining the reason for the return. We will email you back requesting a photo of the product of what went wrong. We will provide a return label to you.
Once your items are received and inspected, an email notification will be sent to you notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved items will have your refund processed to the original payment method used for your purchase. We will contact you for declined refunds to issue a store credit.

Our products are processed within 2-3 business days and shipped out immediately after processing. Shipping is processed through USPS or DHL. Orders should be received between 10-15 business days after processing. You will receive a tracking link once your order has been shipped.
